Every year, this festival gets bigger and better. It started life in Scansano, but has spread to the rest of the Maremma with more than 20 concerts held in 2017. The music is always classical, international or local, and each concert ends with a Morellino di Scansano wine tasting session, which is included in the price of the ticket. You can buy your tickets online and see who is playing and where when you’re in town. The locations are specifically chosen to inspire and a favourite regular concert held during the festival is a sunrise performance at the Etruscan open-air museum of Poggio Buco, just outside of Scansano.
