Preparation time: 20 minutes



250g of swordfish, or any white flesh fish
1 lemon
100g of rocket
olive oil, to drizzle
salt and pepper


1. Finely slice the swordfish. Don't worry if all the pieces aren't exactly the same. Squeeze the lemon juice over the top, mix well and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Arrange the fish on the serving dish. Scatter the rocket on top. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
